You can be based ANYWHERE IN THE USA for this role aside from California.
Necessary experience includes holding the pen on drafting commercial contracts such as licensing, distribution, manufacturing, and terms-of-service agreements.
You can be based in New York, London, or the Bay Area – and this team will even consider fully remote candidates on a case-by-case basis. They have hired remotely into this team and are committed to integrating all of their hires, regardless of working preference (in-office, hybrid, fully remote).
They will consider an array of class years – 1st through 7th Years – especially with a Biotech or Chemistry background.
A fully remote work setup is 100% OK as long as you are qualified to practice *somewhere* in the USA. “Popular” states like New York or California are OK, as are states like Colorado where everyone seems to be moving to!
This firm routinely hires out of large BigLaw firms. Firm management DOES NOT CARE if you work in the office 5 days a week or if you’re nestled in your cabin in the woods. They have offices in Texas, New York, Boston, Seattle, and DC and would also be just as happy if you’re based near any of those locations. Only restriction – you *cannot* be based (eating / sleeping) in California.

A publicly traded technology company is seeking to hire an IP Litigation Counsel (JD 2016 or more senior) to be based in Singapore. US BigLaw training is essential, and this company strongly prefers to hire someone currently based in the US. Soft IP litigation skills (trademark, copyright) are a must, and it is a strong plus for this candidate to have experience with digital technologies / digital platforms.
