Jowers Vargas is helping a top tech / consumer internet company in hiring a 4th+ year US Securities Counsel with BigLaw experience in securities regulation (’34 Act). You can be based in (or seek to relocate to) NYC, Palo Alto, or Singapore.

For US candidates – everyone is working remote, but you’ll eventually be migrating to a hybrid model, so being in commuting distance to either NYC or Palo Alto is key.

BigLaw experience a must, in-house experience helpful but not a requirement.
