A publicly traded technology company is seeking to hire an IP Litigation Counsel (JD 2016 or more senior) to be based in Singapore, New York, or the Bay Area. US BigLaw training is essential, and this company strongly prefers to hire someone currently based in the US.
Soft IP litigation skills (trademark, copyright) are a must, and it is a strong plus for this candidate to have experience with digital technologies / digital platforms.
