The ideal candidate for this dynamic team will have 3-7 years’ experience with public M&A at a global law firm. Exceptional law school performance at a top school and English and Mandarin fluency is required for this position.

We have placed US Tax Associates into this practice group before in Hong Kong and they are looking to hire additional members to their team. You would be working alongside this team’s market-leading Fund Formation and PE / M&A teams, so any experience working on US Tax issues in conjunction with Fund Formation or Private Equity transactions would be extremely helpful.
