Mid-Level Corporate Associate
Job Requirements:
- Strong corporate practice coming from a top international firm (BigLaw)
- Ideally experience with startup, emerging company, or VC clients
- No language requirement other than English
Jowers | Vargas is leading a search for a top global technology and EC/VC firm for a mid-level corporate associate. (JD 2017-2019 CA or NY bar)
The ideal candidate will have a background in representing emerging companies and/or investment funds, with substantial cross-border experience at all stages, in addition to deal experience in growth and private equity, public offerings, M&A, seed and venture capital financing, and other corporate matters.
