We are working on a great role for a 1st-5th yr US Cap Mkts associate that wants to break into the SE Asia tech scene! 2022 NY comp.
Singapore has no quarantine and is relaxing their travel restrictions (unlike other Asian countries) and the firm is open to considering associates in the US / outside of Asia as well as candidates with a US JD who are already in the Asia markets.
ECM / IPO experience is very helpful but not required as long as you know your way around a prospectus.
