New York – Vault 20 Firm – Unique unpublished M&A Advisory Role (i.e. predictable hours)

M&A Advisory Role at V20 Firm

Job Requirements:

  • Solid M&A, Cap Markets or General Corporate Transactions Experience
  • Currently at a Global BigLaw Firm
  • Excellent Law School Credentials

We are working with the following unpublished M&A Advisory role based in New York at a Vault 20 firm.  If you enjoy M&A but would prefer to be insulated from the “front lines” of dealmaking (i.e. more even-keel hours), this could be the role for you.

This group is actively interviewing and is open to considering attorneys (3rd-5th years) from top Canadian law firms as well as attorneys from US BigLaw with a strong M&A or general corporate background.

You would be working closely with this firm’s Finance group and advising clients on structural M&A aspects of acquisition finance and other financial transactions.

You don’t need to have done a single debt finance deal – you are not expected to know anything about credit agreements, but you should have solid M&A, private equity, or general corporate transactions as well as a track record of “quarterbacking” pieces of M&A deals.

Whether it’s running the diligence room or negotiating indemnity clauses in an SPA, if you’re starting to take real ownership over your deals, this group would love to hear from you.

While the clients this firm represents aren’t the sexy tech clients that lit up 2021, “boring” could be a good thing in 2022…

Please note that this role is based in New York and there is an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.
