Mid-Level Private Funds Associate
Jowers | Vargas is working with a Vault Top 15 Firm to search for a mid-level associate for their Private Funds Practice.
The broad range of clients includes some of the most elite GPs and LPs, mid-market firms, entrepreneurs, and other new entrants in the field. The practice covers all aspects of private funds, including fundraising, co-investments, secondary transactions, and other fund-related matters.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 Years’ Fund Formation Experience at Pier Firm
- Admitted to Practice in New York
- Excellent Law School Credentials
