MIAMI – M&A – Mid-Level Associate

Jowers Vargas is assisting a Vault Top 25 firm to find a mid-level associate for its M&A Group in its Miami office. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of BigLaw experience, including transaction agreements, negotiations, and due diligence efforts.  A desire for significant responsibility, along with the ability to work within a team, is key for this role.
