Jowers | Vargas is helping a top US firm to find a mid-level Associate with M&A and Venture Capital experience to join the firm’s Tech practice group. The Austin Tech practice represents VC-backed companies as well as PE and VC funds in financings, public offerings, M&A transactions, and more general corporate matters. The candidate will have an almost immediate opportunity to take on a significant role in transactions.
Job Requirements:
- US JD
- 3-5 years experience in M&A/VC
- Strong writing, communications and interpersonal skills
- Experience with venture capital-backed companies is strongly preferred
