Securities Associate (All Levels)
Jowers | Vargas is working with a Vault Top 10 Firm in a search for associates of all levels to join their Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance practice group. This practice involves representing a wide range of public companies in SEC disclosure and compliance, corporate governance, corporate law, and ESG implementation and disclosure.
This position is in Washington DC or other cities where the firm has offices, but the firm is flexible with work location for qualified candidates.
The ideal candidates should have experience at a comparable firm advising public companies on securities filings and compliance or on corporate governance matters, such as experience advising on Exchange Act disclosure requirements, executive compensation design and report, and climate-change or ESG issues, or advising on corporate governance standards, such as stock exchange independence determinations.
