UNPUBLISHED NEW OPPORTUNITY! We are helping a Vault 20 firm grow its M&A / PE practice in SINGAPORE. They are hiring mid-level (JD 2016-2019) M&A / PE associates with US qualification and BigLaw experience. Their M&A practice in greater China is already top-of-market and they are expanding into Southeast Asia.
We have placed a number of candidates into this firm’s Asia offices over the years and this office already has an offer out to one of our junior M&A candidates!
Must have meaningful M&A experience running major M&A / PE deals, ideally as lead associate, definitely getting out of the diligence room and starting to negotiate key parts of the SPA / merger agreement.
