Singapore has no quarantine and is relaxing their travel restrictions (unlike other Asian countries) and the firm is open to considering associates in the US / outside of Asia as well as candidates with a US JD who are already in the Asia markets. ECM / IPO experience is very helpful but not required as long as you know your way around a prospectus.
