Since 2006, Evan has been the leading Asia-focused legal recruiter for US-trained attorneys. He has made over 500 US associate, counsel and partner placements in Asia since the start of his career as a recruiter.

Evan has also placed and long-term advised several key US BigLaw hiring partners and other senior Asia-based attorneys at different stages of their careers, as well as helped build their teams.

During his 8 years as a corporate BigLaw associate in Hong Kong and Beijing, Alejandro Vargas (NYU JD 2008) worked alongside and across from many of Asia’s most esteemed attorneys on China and Pan-Asia transactions.

In October 2018, we launched our US operations. Our US team focuses on attorney placements into the technology, emerging companies, venture capital, and entertainment / media sectors.

Our US team has also successfully helped many Canadian-qualified attorneys transition into US BigLaw. However, we are full-service and have extensive experience in attorney placements across a variety of practice areas and geographic markets.
